Destidive.com is an online directory listing dive establishments and operators, including dive centers and liveaboards.

• Publisher: Stanislas Duprat.
• Advertiser: Any individual or business that owns or manages a dive center or liveaboard and publishes information on the site.
• Visitor: Any person browsing the site. Visitors contact advertisers directly. The publisher does not intervene in transactions and charges no commission. Browsing is free.

Article 2: Listing Publication

Listings are published for a defined period upon registration. Advertisers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their center or liveaboard.
• Comply with applicable regulations, including licensing, safety, and insurance requirements.
• Submit only royalty-free images for publication.
• Guarantee the accuracy of information regarding capacity, supervision, and services offered.
• Write an original description to avoid duplicate content.

The publisher handles any listing modifications upon simple email request.

Article 3: Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers certify that they comply with all legal obligations, including:

• Holding all required authorizations to operate a dive center or organize liveaboards.
• Meeting safety and supervision standards for divers.
• Declaring income in accordance with applicable tax legislation.

Article 4: Pricing

Publishing a listing on Destidive.com is currently free. The service will become paid from 2027 onwards — advertisers will be notified by email in advance. Volume discounts will apply for advertisers with multiple listings. No refunds will be issued once a listing is live.

Article 5: Advertiser Liability

All information published on the site is provided by advertisers themselves. The publisher cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions, nor for disputes between advertisers and their clients. All transactions occur directly between the advertiser and the client, with no commission or involvement from the publisher.

Article 6: Suspension or Removal of a Listing

A listing may be removed or suspended in the following cases: content deemed misleading or illegal, or at the advertiser's explicit request. Suspension or removal does not entitle the advertiser to any compensation.

Article 7: Notice to Visitors

Destidive.com is a directory: information is provided by advertisers and is not verified on-site. Visitors are encouraged to contact advertisers directly to confirm details.

Article 8: Limitation of Liability

The site is accessible 24/7, except during maintenance or in cases of force majeure. The publisher cannot be held responsible for service interruptions beyond its control.

In accordance with applicable data protection law, users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
